Each dreamer will receive a "dream journal" where we will learn how to record our dreams. We will pour a dream candle; share some herbal tea and discuss the process of "incubating" our dreams, as well as highlighting dream theories by dream interpretation pioneers (Freud; Gestalt; Jung.)
